Ludlow Fringe 2014

In 2014, we supported the Ludlow Fringe Paint Jam, Ludlow's first graffiti-event, as part of the Ludlow Fringe Festival. Several LAS Members were involved in creating work leading up to and during the event, and eight other artists from the surrounding areas arrived to paint in public on the first Sunday of the Fringe - there was also a public board that anybody could make their mark on!

Exhibition Opportunities

The Ludlow Art Society invites community groups to display their work with us during our exhibitions. We regularly invite SmART (see below), and for our 2014 Summer Exhibition we were very pleased to have a display from some of the artists at Loudwater Studio, which is supported by the Vision Homes charity.

SmART Saturdays

SmART on SATURDAYS is a friendly Art club for anyone aged 8 - 14. There are opportunities for painting, clay work, collage making and lots of creative fun.

The Society first began to sponsor Saturday morning art activities for children in 2001. After a break of five years we were pleased to provide funding again until late 2013, when the club was well established.
